Addressing Recent Executive Orders

This week, President Trump issued a number of executive actions on a wide range of topics, creating questions about the potential impact on higher education. As in previous presidential transitions, we are currently engaging with internal and external experts to evaluate executive orders and other federal actions so that we can offer guidance to our campus stakeholders.

Announcing the CMU Pathway Program

Following a significant expansion of financial aid, undergraduates whose families earn less than $75,000 annually will be able to attend CMU tuition-free, while undergraduates whose families earn less than $100,000 annually will be able to attend CMU without borrowing any federal student loans.
